Winter Camp =D

Camp Gormley, quite posibly the most funnest place in White Pass. Even more so than the ski lift =P

When I first heard about winter camp from my youth group, I was thinking "Oh, a sledding trip. That could be fun." When I finally got there, I realized it was so much more, sure there was a wicked awesome sledding hill, but there was so much more amazing things there as well!

Along with our youth group, about 3 or 4 other youth groups came up to White Pass. It was a blast. I went sledding on the giant hill, then I kicked but at foosball in the lodge, and then watched The Dark Knight on a huge projector! Twice!!

What I really liked about it was that there was really no tight scheduale, you meet for breakfast, lunch and dinner but you get the rest of the day to do what you want to do. I remember the morning we were leaving, I went up to the top of the hill and saw a cross. It was so beautiful, standing there in the sunrise surrounded by snow. I was walking around with my new friend Josh, just appreciating the quietness and the beauty of the mountain landscape in the morning. It was one of the best days of my life.

Along with many other adventures, I went to Narnia and discovered Terabithia, and became one of the "freakin awesome five". Oh yeah! There was an awesome "stomp" performance, which was kinda random but pretty cool too lol:
