I recently heard something about a virus that is supposed to be activated tomorrow. It's called the "Conficker Worm" or something like that...
I know it kinda sounds stupid, but I think it would be a good idea to run virus scans or whatever you have on your computer to defend against this happening. If this virus is on your computer, it will strike tomorrow, erasing the system32 thingy and replace it with one that will drive your computer into the ground =/
In all seriousness, this is not an april fools joke.

how did you find out about this?
My good friend I know from online told me about it. He said it infected the computers at his school and that it was supposed to go off on the first.
He is a very reliable source, and also I read about the virus on wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conficker
It could happen, but I'm not sure... I'm running virus check anyways =P

It has info on how to prevent it from hurting your computer.
Well, it looks like nothing much happened from the virus.
My best guess is that the owner decided to wait until the world is less prepared before unleashing his furry O_o
